State Applications for NAVLE® Approval (Application #2)

The NAVLE application process requires that TWO APPLICATIONS be submitted.

  1. The NBVME NAVLE application (application #1) must be submitted PRIOR to the processing of this state application (application #2). If you have not yet submitted your NBVME NAVLE application #1, DO NOT PROCEED. A link to the NBVME NAVLE application #1 can be found on the the NBVME website.
  2. You must submit an application through a state licensing board (or through their designated NAVLE processor) for approval to take the NAVLE (application #2). The NBVME is the designated NAVLE processor for your chosen board and will verify your NAVLE eligibility on behalf of that board.

You will need to have your credit card information available to complete the processing of your on-line state NAVLE application #2. Credit cards accepted for payment of the NAVLE fee include Visa and MasterCard. This is a non-refundable fee.

The North Dakota NAVLE application fee is $51.00.
