Licensing Board NAVLE Application and Payment Preferences

Updated August 26, 2009

Important: All NAVLE candidates must be approved by a licensing board to take the examination. The preferences in the chart below apply only to the NBVME NAVLE application, not the licensing board application for approval to take the NAVLE. Therefore even if your licensing board prefers that you submit your NAVLE application directly to the NBVME, you must also do whatever that board requires for them to approve you to take the NAVLE. Typically, this requires submitting a board-specific application and paying an application fee to the licensing board.
